We may not leave restricted goods such as alcohol unattended at an address. Please ensure that there is a responsible person at the delivery address or venue, that will be available to sign and take delivery of the goods. The receiving person may be requested to present their ID document on receipt of certain goods to verify their age.

Please note it is the receiving persons responsibility to check the order for broken or incorrect goods.

Delivery is door to door and all orders are dispatched daily Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17:00. We do not deliver on weekends or public holidays.

This is subject to stock availability and receipt of payment. Successful requests will then be processed, dispatched and delivered according to our standard delivery times specified on each product page and by our preferred courier company. 

For specially sourced products that are unavailable for prompt delivery, delivery may take an additional 10-20 days. Should this apply to a product you have ordered, we will notify you via email and constantly keep you updated with the expected delivery date.

Delivery Fee

We charge a set delivery fee of R85.00 on any of our products. We deliver to anywhere in South Africa.

Track & Trace

Customers will be able to track and trace their order from the time they placed it, right up until it is delivered to their door. When this information is not available (imported goods) we will keep you updated via email on the progress of your order.

Undelivered Orders

Please ensure the correct shipping address details are provided from the outset to prevent any delays in your delivery.

On the odd occasion we receive orders returned to our offices, this is usually when our preferred courier company has tried to deliver your order to the specified delivery address, only to find that there was no one available to receive your order or the incorrect delivery details had been supplied. The courier company will try to redeliver your order later in the day (dependent on the time of day), or alternatively they will try again the following day. If they again they were not successful to carry out the delivery of your order, they will inform our offices and we will make contact with you via email.

Should the unlikely event take place where delivery could not take place, we will advise you to collect your products from our offices or we will try make alternative arrangements to get your parcel delivered. There would however be additional charges for a re-delivery.

Cancellation of Orders & Deliveries

We reserve the right to cancel an order or delivery for which payment has already been received.

This may occur if we have insufficient stock available or the quantity of products you ordered does not meet our delivery standards (Maximum weight of 30 kg's per order).

Should we exercise this right, you will receive a full refund with no deductions.
